Bo(the main charater) live in the USSA(united safer states of america) and the government is really srict and a lot of things are illegal. Well Bo has anger issues and one day he got mad at someone and yelled at him and like a day later he got a rash and now they think bo gave him the rash but it was an allergic reaction to some skin lotion and then another girl in his class got the same rash but they think Bo gave it to her because they sit next to each other.
I dont think Bo is spreading the disease becuase it was a girl and she could have used the same lotion as the kid with the rash.
