Chapter 18 was the best chapter yet. The most action happened in chapter 18 like rues death and when katniss killed tat dude.It was kinda sad when rue died but itwas kinda good for katniss because katniss wont have to die for for rue so rue will win.
Yeah i wished rue and katniss were in the same district so they could both win and rue wouldnt die
