The Hunger Games

It was a bad decision for katniss to go back to get the bow and arrow because they know she is good with it so they could have been waiting for her at glimmer to kill katniss when she returned. I thought peeta was trying to distract her so the careers would have jumped out and killed her.

  3. i know right that was a very bad decision but i still want to know why peeta was being all 2 faced but yet he was telling her to run maybe he was trying to distract her....

  4. I t was a bad decision, I agree. But she knew she needed that bow and arrow, and even thought it was a bad choice from the beggining, in the end that choice might have been the key point in her victory.. plus thats the only weapon (other than throwing knives at pictures)that she is handy with! Am I right, or am I right!? lol

  5. It is no exaggeration to call THE HUNGER GAMES a pulse-pounding page-turner. Collins grabbed me from the first page and didn't let go. While Katniss isn't always the most likable character (in fact, there were plenty of times I much preferred the affable Peeta, or even sweet, birdlike little Ruth), she is always compelling, thanks to her rational approach to every challenge and her dogged determination.
